It’s clever and chocked full of helpful insights we know you can use like “88% of customers indicate that quality is a main factor in their decision to stay loyal to a brand.”

The stats focus on customer service and being available.  With all the technology out there, it still always comes back to the basics.  Quality, honesty, and punctuality are my go-to, never fail “basics” to follow.  What are yours?
