Customer experience is one of those things that you don’t really notice until it’s done soo right. A thought out customer experience strategy can be the difference between your business being okay and people coming to you because it’s convenient, OR being amazing, people coming back time and time again, and referring you left and right!

TD Bank in Canada has really taken new  customer experience data seriously!  You will not believe what they did for their customers! Did this make me cry? Yes.  Were there tears literally streaming down my face as I rooted for their customers and was overwhelmed by the bank’s kindness? Yes.  I almost forgot that they made a video about how great they are…. Check it out here!
